Kelan (kel-in) is a kind-hearted singer-songwriter with a long list of catchy, meaningful originals and fun, crowd-pleasing covers...

       Ok, I'm going to write in first person now. I have been performing in and around the Denver area for twenty years! Wow! I've been an adult for way longer than it feels. I now reside in the beautiful Grand Valley in Grand Junction, CO. I started playing bass guitar for my brothers' band when I was 15. We had some fun and some success getting gigs and compliments, which was nice. I developed my own knack for songwriting and learned to play guitar to feed the need. I started performing my music solo and in duets and trios and quartets and yes, even the occasional quintet. I've had the pleasure of playing with a lot of talented folks. Meanwhile, I've been performing comedy for nearly as long. It's been some time now since I have done stand-up, but I try and keep my improv comedy chops fresh. Really, performing music as a solo act gives me an opportunity to create some humor in-between songs, which is fun.
